Hello, I was a WOW in Anniston, AL in 1975 -1976. I would love to locate my WOW Sister, Deb Leonardi. She was originally from St. Augustine, Florida and lived in California when she went out WOW. Anyone know where she is today? I saw her last at the Rock in 1985. She was a Corps Grad, but I don’t know which number. Thanks so much, God bless!

With sadness we regret to inform you that Lynn Brook fell asleep on December 21, 2005. She was a WOW in Pittsburgh, PA, lived in Boulder and Denver in the late 1970's and early 1980's then went to the Way College of Emporia and settled in Kansas City, KS. She worked for Hallmark for 12 years. She moved to Iowa in August and lived with us until the 21st. We thank God for her life and all that she taught us and we will miss her very much. If you want to send condolences to her brother, Jim, we can forward them.

God Bless to all who read this. Some updates for those concerned, my wife, Christine and I moved to Allegan 2 1/2 years ago. Jordan (23) is still with us, Danielle (17) just recieved her driving license, Heather (10) is in 5th grade at Dawson, and Kathryn and Kalani are enjoying their 1st year in school in seperate class rooms. Christine just recieved an offer from the family independence agency and will be starting there in February. I work out of the home making cd's to order + watching our 5 children. Danielle works at Max 10. Believing for a great year in 2003. GOD Bless,

After having scanned a number of Ex-Way ministry websites, I decided to write and share my personal testimony. I was active in The Way from 1975/1976 timeframe to Spring 1986. What did I get out of it? Firstly, "the tools" on how to systematically study the Bible and some concepts about "endeavoring to Walk by the Holy Spirit". Remember, that in the 1980's God was chastising "fallen leaders" of MANY national sects. Did God's Prophets speak forth "calls to repent" from certain sins?, and IF there was no true repentence then did they also speak forth "certain consequences" (judgments) ? I certainly believe that even in a sect such as The Way International, that God had a remnant of His true followers to "speak forth" in a prophetic sense. Humbly, and in retrospect, I believe that I was one (of many) who spoke forth. The basic sin was "being a respector of persons" (The elite of The Way Corp and uppermost leadership were virtually immune to reprove and correction from disciples of a lower rank in The Way Tree) and "failure to correct specific doctrinal errors". After I left The Way, God had to "unteach" me a number of doctrines; and then to "relearn" some old old doctrines. What are the major differences in Economy of God Theology (Dispensationalism and it's many variations) vs. New Covenant Theology? Yes, it has been a challenge to endeavor to continue to "Spiritually Walk" since being thrown out of The Way in Spring 1986. Yet, I believe that the prophetic words that I spoke in writing (packet mailed 2/22/1986, and a final packet mailed 4/02/1986) DID come to pass. i.e. "Thus sayeth the Lord God--' If you fail to correct these doctrinal errors (and others) and have respect of persons then your ministry {The Way Ministry} will fall within 10 years! It will be given to those that bring forth fruits worthy of repentance!'
